  • On Today's show- John Jenkins, write-in gubernatorial candidate in Maine and Dr. John Tantillo- The Marketing Doctor and author of "People Buy Brands, Not Companies!" John Jenkins is a Black Belt. In his home state of Maine, he's a legend. Not only is he a renowned martial artist and champion, but he's also a speaker, author and was elected to be mayor of two of Maine's largest cities. Once, as a write-in candidate, he earned more votes than the two major party candidates combined. Jenkins was recently drafted by a group of concerned Maine citizens to do it again- but this time he's the write-in candidate for the governor's seat! Can the characteristics of Black Belt Mindset propel an 11th hour write-in candidate to Maine's highest office? Listen and judge for yourself! Then Dr. John Tantillo, FOX News expert will tell us what write-in and independent candidates need to do to defeat the major party brands! Dr. Tantillo will be appearing live in Portland, Maine on November 19th- follow this link for details: http://bit.ly/baj7AF

  • 10/15/10--17:00: John Jenkins: The People's Voice - Oct 16,2010 (chan 2989400)
  • In a world of high speed Internet and virtual reach and influence I was recently reminded of the fact that personal interaction extends well beyond electronic mobilization strategies to include good old fashioned relationship building. I am of course talking about John Jenkins, who as a "write-in" candidate for the Governorship of Maine proves that with the faith of a mustard seed it is in fact possible to move mountains . . . and voters. This scenario is nothing new for Jenkins who made history as a write-in candidate ultimately winning the historic Auburn Mayoral election, and in the process receiving more votes than the combined total of the other candidates. From my perspective, and being a child of the 60's, Jenkins' propensity for converting vision to tangible action and meaningful results is truly a 21st century power to the people story. Join me this evening as I welcome John Jenkins to the PI Window on Business Show to talk about his extraordinary career in public service.
